The wings mural

Bringing a client’s idea to life

My second mural gig was a great experience. The client wanted wings and skulls, and after a few tweaks, we got the idea just right. Once the final plan got the nod, we kicked off the project to spruce up a home office wall using metallic gold and pinks.

The tricky part was making the wings perfectly match on both sides. I used tracing paper to copy one side and flip it for the other. It took some rolls of tracing paper, but the wings started coming together.

The coolest part of the mural was definitely the skeleton in the flowers. Both the client and I loved how it turned out! Doing projects like this makes the job really enjoyable.
